Electrical engineering

secure welded connections for maximum reliability

System solutions for a wide range of applications

In order to meet the increasing demands in terms of reliability, thermal load capacity and service life, electrical engineering requires ever more secure electrical connections and connections. STRUNK Connect offers you manual workstations as well as partially and fully automatic complete solutions for connection technology, with which you can meet all the requirements of your product.

E-mechanical engineering / electric motors

Whether direct welding without prior stripping of the lacquer layer for phase connections or star points in winding or hairpin technology in the stators area or in connection technology for rotors as well as in connection technology in later assembly (e.g. phase connection to terminal board) – with our systems you do not create aging connections , which are characterized by the lowest contact resistance (almost zero) and high mechanical strength.

Transformers / coils

With hot crimping technology and resistance brazing from STRUNK, you can connect enamelled copper wires, hairpins or cables for electromagnetic systems such as coils and transformers without having to laboriously strip them. In addition, with our systems you can easily weld hairpins and HF litz wires to standard tubular cable lugs.

Filter systems

Use our partially and fully automatic solutions to weld electrical components (e.g. capacitors, resistors, diodes) in BUS bar systems / lead frames or to connect them with wire harnesses, and benefit from a high level of reliability in the process at the same time high processing speed.

Switch / relay

The advancing miniaturization in many electrotechnical areas results in increasingly difficult applications with ever smaller components. We offer you solutions that enable you to process electronic components such as switches and relays also in the small parts area.

Stators / rotors

Stators:

The connection to the terminal board – phases U, V and W and the interconnection of the star point circuit – is welded (hot crimping, brazing / brazing, braizing (overlapping or butt).

Rotors:

The rotors are usually connected using hook welding. This process, in which the contact resistances are almost zero, is also used in the area of winding technology and hairpin technology.
