Where our standard machines reach their limits, our engineering team for customized machines is ready to meet your challenges. We develop and produce individual solutions for your requirements. In this context, we see ourselves as a supplier of ideas and a solver of problems. Our customized machines range from manual workstations to partially and fully automatic systems as well as modules in self-contained areas with process responsibility within external production lines.

Engineering of customized machines from idea to reality

When developing and manufacturing customized machines, we attach great importance to finding the optimum solution for your application. Our project management team ensures an agile approach in every area at all times, from consulting to prototyping up to development. We use Inventor 3D CAD to create the mechanical design. From there, all data is transferred to PDM with an ERP link and then to mechanical production via CAD-CAM. For electrical design, we use EPLAN, also with an ERP connection.

We carry out mechanical production using CNC with 5-axis milling machines, 3+2-axis milling machines and 3-axis milling machines as well as eroding, grinding and turning machines. The components are installed by our assembly team, while the employees in switch cabinet construction take care of the electrical level. From design to implementation, our machines are based on centralized and decentralized bus system architectures. These contain links to all sensors involved.

To ensure smooth operation, we offer an on-site maintenance and repair service including remote maintenance and production data acquisition (PDA). Our range of services is rounded off by training courses and our efficient spare parts management.
